Join us at Saturday Story Time as the Chesapeake Mermaid shares her love of the bay through an engaging live show with storytelling, music, movement, and more fun. Guests are invited to learn about her wildlife friends, explore bay creature sign language, and take part in an interactive storytime that encourages curiosity and imagination for all ages. The experience also includes “Mermaid Moments,” where families can enjoy personal interactions and take photos to remember the day following our program. Saturday Story Time takes place on Saturday, July 11-18 (?), 2026 from 11am-12pm at Bridgeville Public Library situated at 600 S Cannon St, Bridgeville, DE, 19933. The Chesapeake Mermaid’s performances will begin promptly at 11am. No ticket necessary. Wheelchair and stroller accessible with handicapped parking.
